Space Blankets

Each year when it gets cold, we try to stock up on space blankets to hand out to the homeless. These items are made of heat-reflective, thin, plastic sheeting. They are used to reduce the heat loss in a person's body, which would otherwise occur due to frigid temperatures or water evaporation.

Space blankets cost about $1.25 each through Amazon. They can mean the difference between life and death to some poor soul caught out in the cold this coming winter.

Won't you please help us with a donation of space blankets? We'd greatly appreciate it as would the homeless people that we serve. Thank you.
