Who We Are
Shepherd’s Way is an all-volunteer, faith-based charitable organization. Located in Manchester, New Hampshire, our ministry is guided by the Book of Matthew, 25:35-40 to provide relief to people suffering from issues such as homelessness and hunger.
Our organization operates on a small budget. Its ministries are kept going through donations of cash, food, personal hygiene items, clothing, and footwear.
We exist 100% free of government funding. Our support comes from businesses, charitable organizations, churches, and caring individuals like you. Without this support, we would not be able to provide humanitarian relief to those in need.
If you travel through the City of Manchester you might see our volunteers walking the streets in search of homeless people to help. If people need some food or water to help ease the pain of hunger or thirst, we give it to them. If they need some basic hygiene items, or clothing or footwear, we do whatever we can to provide them. Our ministries not only help people living on the streets but, they promote sanitation and better health in the community.
We also assist other ministries and programs in our area by supplying them with free hygiene products and clothing. Not only does this help other organizations to save time and money but, it helps Shepherd’s Way and the homeless, as well. It expands our outreach ministries to serve more people while giving the homeless in our community a greater chance at meeting their most basic needs in life.
Our goal is simply to help people who need help especially the homeless or addicted and to show them love and human kindness in the spirit of Christ.
Our mission is never complete and, whatever you can do to help us would be greatly appreciated. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which means that any contributions or donations that are made to us are tax-deductible to the donor.
Shepherd’s Way does not discriminate against individuals. Our services are open to anyone regardless of their race, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, political affiliation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, or national origin.
